- Present the section above for scanning at the time for admission to the Event.
- Keep this ticket in a safe place and safeguard it as you would money or regular tickets.
- Unauthorised sale or duplication of this ticket will prevent your admittance to the Event.
- The unique bar code on this ticket can only be used once.
- Do not purchase this ticket from a source other than House Canteen otherwise you will not be able to verify if the ticket is genuine.
- In the event that duplicate copies appear, House Canteen reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders.
- Entry will be refused if ticket is damaged, altered or defaced in any way or not purchased from an authorised point of sale.
- Tickets will not be refunded after purchase.
- Proof of age identification must be presented before entrance to the event. Identification must match the name on the ticket, entered at the time of purchase.
- Name on ticket may be changed once only after initial purchase.
- There is no reserved seating.
- Please note that last entry to the event will be 10pm. Lock outs will be imposed.
SITE ACCESS
============
Access to the Opera House precinct for ticket holders will be via Macquarie Street only between 4pm and 10pm near Phillip Lane. All tickets will be scanned on Macquarie Street, prior to entry to the Sydney Opera House site. Latecomers will not be admitted.
The safety and security of visitors, patrons and staff is the highest priority. Bags will be scanned by an x-ray machine. Please travel lightly and do not bring items that require cloaking, including handbags bigger than A4-size, backpacks and large umbrellas, which are not permitted as per Sydney Opera House Conditions of Entry for New Year’s Eve.
The Sydney Opera House car park and public transport will be affected due to road closure. For public transport information call 131 500 or go to www.livetraffic.com.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Although we will endeavor to adhere to the publicised package contents you accept that House Canteen has the right to alter elements of the event at our sole discretion.
2. The right of admission is reserved and is also subject to House Canteen and Sydney Opera House terms of admission.
3. A search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the site and/or venue.
4. There is to be no alcohol brought onto the Sydney Opera House site.
5. House Canteen will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to or purchased at the event.
6. There are no refunds due to inclement weather, cancellation of fireworks, failure to adhere to any of the ticket information above or these terms and conditions.
7. We reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason. In the event of cancellation of the event we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of ticketing.
8. There will be no refund on any unused tickets. If you or your invitees are asked/forced to leave, if you're unable to attend the event or if the event concludes before the advertised finish time.
9. House Canteen practices the responsible service of alcohol. Patrons approaching intoxication or who behave in a disorderly or inappropriate manner will be asked to leave under section 77 of the liquor act, and no refunds will be given.
10. Event will conclude at 1:00am 1/1/24. No refunds will be given should the event finish early for any reason.
11. Drink restrictions apply after midnight.
12. All patrons must be off site by 1:30am.
